Alaria

Alaria is a collection of curved wood furniture pieces. A free flowing work sculpture allowing the wood to dictate the path. The Alaria line manages to recreate the visual and structural boundaries of wood using thin layers of mostly ash and walnut that are glued together along a course that the wood and nature dictates. Alaria challenges the visual properties of standard furniture and seamlessly creates stunning pieces of stand-alone art. The laminated wood strands curve and twist gracefully, reflecting the natural movement of organic material in free flow form.
